Singer/Songwriter Erica Campbell has had an incredible career as one half of the multi-platinum selling duo, Mary Mary, but the My Block/e1 Recording Artist is making headlines left and right as a solo artist. Releasing her debut solo album in March 2014 which landed at #1 on the Billboard Gospel Charts & #6 on the Billboard Top 200 Charts, Campbell’s album has spent more than 12 weeks on the Billboard Gospel charts at #1; grabbed a Grammy nomination for her debut solo album, a BET nomination as a solo act, and is gearing up for a 3-day appearance at the famed Essence Music Festival as they celebrate their 20th anniversary.

Campbell will kick off her Essence Music Festival Participation as a headliner at Woldenberg Park in New Orleans for Family Day on Thursday, July 3rd.  The WEtv Star will take some time on Friday, July 4th to greet fans at the WEtv booth at the Essence Festival, as well as participating in a Q&A hosted by Verizon; both events will take place at the New Orleans Convention Center.
Sunday, July 6th will bring a rare relationships panel discussion featuring Erica & Tina Campbell of Mary Mary with their husbands, Warryn Campbell & Teddy Campbell along with a few other power couples at the New Orleans Convention Center. Erica Campbell will close the day out as a feature in an all star gospel tribute to Yolanda Adams.
Erica Campbell’s debut album Help, continues to dominate the charts. The title track is still at the top of the radio charts, and the album remains at the top, four months after its release.  Campbell is headlining the McDonalds Inspiration Gospel Tour which began in June with dates remaining in Atlanta, GA (July 9th), Los Angeles (July 24th) and Richmond, CA (July 25th).
